I bought this as a gift, i felt disappointed when it showed up. For the price, it just didn’t have that nice “present” feel, and handing it over was kind of awkward. I almost felt like I was begging myself to be okay with it, which made me resent the purchase even more. It might be fine if you’re buying it for yourself, but I wouldn’t choose it again as a gift

I don’t know what happened here, but the box was really bad. It felt cheap, beat up, and just not what I expected at all. Frustrating, because I was hoping it would at least be decent, but it was a total letdown.

I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but the selection felt average. There were a few decent options, but nothing really stood out or made me feel like I had a ton to choose from. It wasn’t bad, just kind of okay overall.

The first puzzle I got was totally fine, but the next one had bent pieces and a really rough cut. It literally feels like no one is checking these before they go out. Frustrating, especially for the price.

It was a cool puzzle and I enjoyed figuring it out. I’ve done a few similar ones in the past, and this one held my attention, but it’s probably not something I’d go back and redo.

I placed my order two weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it to arrive. I kept hoping for an update or some reassurance that it was actually on the way, but I haven’t had much clarity. At this point, I don’t feel confident ordering again

I bought this mostly because I loved the licensed artwork, the image itself is really cool. But the puzzle quality? Average. For what it costs, I expected the pieces to feel nicer and the finish to be better. It kind of felt like I was just paying extra for the name on the box, which... make it make sense. I was disappointed and probably wouldn’t buy another one

It felt like this took forever to arrive, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. I kept checking it thinking maybe I was missing something, but there was hardly any information. Is it just me, or is that frustrating?

I had a decent experience overall, but the main thing I noticed was that I really wish they had more items stocked. It’s not that everything was bad or anything like that, it was just a little disappointing because I came in expecting to find a few things and some of them either weren’t available or seemed low in quantity. I get that items sell out and restocking can take time, but it would definitely make the experience better if there were more options on the shelves.

I’ll admit, New York Puzzle Company has some really cool puzzle designs. The artwork and themes definitely caught my eye, and I kind of felt pressured to go for one because they looked so unique. But once I saw the total with shipping, it felt expensive for a regular puzzle. The quality was fine, nothing bad at all, but it didn’t feel that much better than cheaper puzzles I’ve bought before. For the price, I was expecting thicker pieces or maybe nicer packaging. Overall, it was okay, but not really a great value for me.

This puzzle was tougher than I thought, mostly from those similar-color sections. Took a few evenings, but still kept me hooked. Pieces fit well too. Giving it 4 stars because the difficulty felt a bit uneven in spots

I was actually excited to order a puzzle because they looked really nice, but the checkout process was a mess. It kept freezing when I got to the payment step, and after refreshing I had to enter all my info again. Then it looked like my card may have been charged, but I never received a confirmation email, which was a stressful feeling. I ended up giving up after spending way too much time on it. I still think the puzzles might be great, but the buying experience definitely needs work

I liked that it uses green materials, umm, which is definitely a plus for me. But overall, the quality felt just okay and not as sturdy or premium as I was hoping.

I really liked the picture, and overall the puzzle quality felt good. To be fair, the pieces fit nicely and it was enjoyable to work on. But after spending hours putting it together, I ended up with 2 missing pieces, which was frustrating. I checked the box, the floor, and the area around the table more times than I can count, so I’m sure they just weren’t there. Customer service was okay and not rude or anything, but it still took away from the satisfaction of finishing it. I’d maybe buy from them again because the puzzle itself was nice, but I’d definitely be hoping the next one comes complete...

I had a good time putting this puzzle together, and the pieces fit well overall. Shipping was totally fine too, nothing weird or delayed, so no complaints there. But as I was working on it, I kept thinking, “Wait, is this part supposed to look a little fuzzy?” Some of the smaller details in the image were blurrier than I expected. It wasn’t awful or anything, and I still enjoyed the puzzle, but for the price, I was definitely hoping the picture would be a bit clearer

I ordered a New York map puzzle, and somehow they sent me a cat puzzle instead. Not really sure how that mix-up happened, but that’s definitely on them. Annoying when you’re expecting one thing and get something totally different...

I did end up getting the missing piece, so that’s something. It just took a while to arrive, which wasn’t exactly ideal, but I guess better late than never

The puzzle itself was nice, but I ended up needing to return one item. I was already in a bit of an impatient mood at the time, so having to wait longer than expected for the refund was a little frustrating. It did come through eventually, but I had to check in once to get an update. Overall, not a terrible experience, just wish the return process had been a bit smoother.
